The gaming community was jolted by an unexpected incident as details about GTA 6 leak surfaced.

The GTA 6 hacker, Arion Kurtaj is merely 18 years old, and he managed to infiltrate the inner sanctum of the Grand Theft Auto franchise’s developer.

Employing an Amazon Fire Stick, a device typically associated with streaming, Kurtaj’s actions resulted in the disclosure of this significant GTA 6 leak.

Interestingly, both Kurtaj and a 17-year-old accomplice have autism, raising questions about their ability to stand trial, focusing on their actions rather than criminal intent. The GTA 6 hackers used an Amazon Fire Stick and smartphone to access Rockstar Games’ systems.

Having breached the company’s database, Kurtaj proceeded to issue a threat via their Slack page, outlining the ultimatum that the GTA 6 source code would be divulged unless his stipulations were satisfied within a 24-hour window.

Despite the obvious allegations and proof of the GTA 6 leak, the two hackers involved in the GTA 6 breach pleaded not guilty.

Arion Kurtaj, the GTA 6 hacker, who was 17 at the time of the breach and now 18, was deemed “unfit to stand trial” by psychiatrists.

GTA 6 Hackers and GTA Leak, a Massive Hit to Gaming Community

While gamers are eagerly anticipating the release of Grand Theft Auto 6, a much-awaited open-world game, the GTA 6 leak has dampened the mood of the gaming community.

Kurtaj, previously on bail due to his affiliation with the hacking collective Lapsus$, had been involved in unauthorized activities. This group, which included a 17-year-old member, had faced arrest for hacking into Nvidia.

The activities of the GTA 6 hackers went further, encompassing targets like Uber and the fintech company Revolut. The damages incurred amounted to $3 million, and customer data had been accessed in the process.

Despite Kurtaj’s beach, leaked GTA 6 leak footage from prototype materials revealed only some parts of the game.

Rockstar Games acknowledged a “network intrusion” leading to unauthorized access and downloading confidential information.

This GTA 6 leak highlights evolving cyber threats and vulnerabilities even major gaming companies face. As the gaming world awaits the upcoming game, the GTA 6 leak provided an unexpected preview through unconventional means.

GTA 6 character leak reveals surprising details

The GTA 6 character leak also raised some questions about the game, and the use of Amazon Fire Stick only added more questions than answers. Arion Kurtaj turned an Amazon Fire Stick, usually for streaming, into a hacking tool.

According to journalist Jason Schreier‘s report on the GTA 6 leak footage, the game will feature Lucia as the primary female lead.

Lucia, a Latin American Hispanic, represents the first female protagonist in the series. The GTA 6 leak footage suggests her age is similar to Jason’s, albeit slightly shorter.

The leaked videos also highlight Lucia’s clothing changes, with her most recognizable ensemble consisting of a pink full-sleeve top matched with blue skinny camo trousers, reported SportsKeeda.

This leak will probably hurt the gaming fans who are looking forward to the game. The Grand Theft Auto franchise shipped over 405 million units.

Fans awaited GTA 6 for nearly 11 years after Grand Theft Auto 5’s £650 million launch in 24 hours. The GTA 6 leak is one of the cyber threats we saw today, and interestingly, it is one of the most prominent leaks of this year.
