None of the affected servers contain patient information, however out of an abundance of caution we made the decision to take our patient records systems offline and use downtime procedures while we investigate what happened and implement any remedial measures.”
“Our teams have worked around the clock this weekend to conduct a thorough review of our servers and ensure they are in working order. We are continuing this work and are pleased to share our electronic medical record went back online this afternoon. This has been a big job, and our focus, as always, continues to be patient safety and privacy”, added the spokesperson.
