Lynn Dohm is the Executive Director of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS), a not-for-profit organization that strives to encourage women into cybersecurity.
Lynn has over 25 years of experience working with WiCyS and has brought collaboration between businesses and organizations. She has also been involved with grant-funded programs to promote cybersecurity education, among other initiatives.
Over the years, Lynn has worked toward providing education solutions and advocated diversity. She speaks about various issues around diversity and inclusivity in the cybersecurity realm.
With Women in CyberSecurity, Lynn has shouldered several projects and initiatives specializing in educating, hiring, and retaining women in this field.

Lynn’s honest and earnest efforts have earned her the non-profit Ally of the Year award in 2020 and 2021. She has been awarded the People’s Choice for Cybersecurity Woman of the Year award and the prestigious Light that Shines award by EmpoWE-R Women of Infosec. She has been featured in Cyber Defence magazine’s top 100 women in its cybersecurity list.
Lynn has extended keynote presentations, has been a panelist in discussions, and moderated international events and conferences.
