With a rich background in corporate finance and investment strategies, Ernest brings invaluable expertise and leadership to Cyble. His role will be instrumental in enhancing the company’s financial strategy and driving its global expansion.
Ernest Fung’s Background
Ernest Fung’s distinguished career spans over two decades across several sectors. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer at GoTo Group, Indonesia’s largest technology company where he led GoTo’s $1 billion IPO and secured over $1.3 billion in pre-IPO financing.
Ernest Fung also served as Chief Investment Officer at Tokopedia, the leading e-commerce company in Indonesia, where he led the $18 billion merger with Gojek to form GoTo Group. Prior to these leadership positions, Ernest led International Corporate Development at JD.com, one of China’s largest e-commerce companies, and was a Director of Technology Investment Banking at Citigroup.
