Pro-Russia hacker group Killnet has announced the biggest DDoS attack against targets in Poland. Cybersecurity and threat intelligence publication CyberKnow Tweeted about the upcoming plans of the threat actor. According to the Tweet, Killnet has called individual and group-based hackers to launch the attack campaign “Death To Poland.”
As per reports, the hackers are planning to target any companies, government authorities, and individuals living in Poland with a special DDoS. The hacker collective, sources suggest, is launching this bizarre campaign due to regional geopolitical affairs.
Killnet to launch DDoS attack campaigns against Poland

In a post shared by Killnet on its networks, the Russian threat group raised concerns over the ripple effect caused by the ongoing Russian-Ukraine conflict. While doing so, it asked hackers to join them in launching the biggest distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against Poland.
In the post, Killnet said, “Hello hackers, today everything is simple — If you are willing to join the biggest DDOS attack in the world, please follow the steps given below.” These steps were aimed at hackers and threat actors who specialize in such attacks and are willing to collaborate with Killnet over the geopolitical issue.
The inner conflicts between Germany and Poland have led the nations to separate the acquisitions of natural gas firms connected to the Russian energy giant Gazprom. Since the Russia-Ukraine dispute has not been resolved, the region has suffered from energy crises.

Meanwhile, the Polish government declared that it had assumed “temporary compulsory management” over Gazprom’s portion of the Yamal gas pipeline system within Polish territory. It claimed that the takeover was essential for the nation’s energy security and ensuring efficient decision-making in a firm that was crucial for gas flows.
The decision could have triggered the Pro-Russia hacker group to take matters into their own hands. The group has started recruiting more members to the campaign to begin the preparations for the biggest DDoS attack on Poland.
