Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and register delegates for events in the APAC and META regions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for delegate inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the registration process.
- Coordinate delegate registration logistics, including ticketing, invoicing, and payment processing.

- Utilize CRM systems and event management software to maintain accurate delegate records and track registration progress.
- Coordinate with venue staff and external vendors to ensure a seamless delegate experience during events.
- Prepare delegate materials, badges, and other event-related documentation.
- Monitor delegate feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide post-event reporting and analysis to evaluate delegate participation and identify areas for enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in delegate management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.

- Proven experience in delegate management, event planning, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional language proficiency in APAC or META region languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and event management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the APAC and META regions as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
