Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and register delegates for events in the APAC and META regions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delegate inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the registration process.
  • Coordinate delegate registration logistics, including ticketing, invoicing, and payment processing.

  • Utilize CRM systems and event management software to maintain accurate delegate records and track registration progress.
  • Coordinate with venue staff and external vendors to ensure a seamless delegate experience during events.
  • Prepare delegate materials, badges, and other event-related documentation.
  • Monitor delegate feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide post-event reporting and analysis to evaluate delegate participation and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in delegate management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in delegate management, event planning, or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional language proficiency in APAC or META region languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and event management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the APAC and META regions as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
